Perched above Sydney’s Middle Harbour, this Seaforth project is the pool that took out Australia’s Best Pool at the 2024 Poolz Awards, alongside wins for Best Out-of-Ground Pool and the People’s Choice Award for Best Concrete Pool.

Built entirely above ground on a steep waterfront block, this custom concrete infinity edge pool spans 10 metres by 3.5 metres, with a frameless glass fence that lets the harbour views take centre stage. The pool and adjoining spa are finished with Ezarri glass mosaic tiles, chosen for the way they reflect the sky and enhance the optical illusion of the infinity edge, while honed concrete coping ties the whole space together.

Building above ground on this scale brought real engineering challenges, with formwork alone taking three to four months compared to a typical week-long job. The result is a pool that doesn’t just sit in its setting, it elevates it, and one we’re enormously proud to have built.
